During the fall of 2019, we were invited by Sayaspora in order to share our testimonies related to mental health. As part of this event we had the opportunity to interact with a psychologist in order to clearly define our emotions and thus our stories were able to touch the audience and encourage them to be more aware of their emotional well-being.
